In order to satisfy the DOL requirements of the mandatory poster, employers must email (or direct mail) this notice to their employees or post this notice on an employee information internal or external website. The poster covers issues such as paid leave entitlements, eligible employees, qualifying reasons to leave related to COVID019, and DOL enforcement measures.
FFCRA-covered employers must also post the FFCRA FAQ notice in a conspicuous place on their premises.
