Working Environment

DGC’s office is representative of DGC’s values.  It is an open, dynamic environment where everyone feels connected.  Where creative thinking and teamwork are encouraged.  And where professional growth and opportunities for learning are constant.  Some of the features our employees enjoy are:

  • Sophisticated technology – each employee has multiple monitors and a laptop at his/her desk with wireless capabilities which creates an easier, more efficient and effective paperless process
  • Collaboration areas for partnering – everyone’s door is always open and a team spirit is fostered throughout the space
  • Training room – dedicated to continuing education
  • Lunch room – more than a lunch room, a social space where colleagues gather to talk about business (or last night’s Red Sox game), enjoy snacks and beverages, and relax
  • Personal space: private desks for concentration

As a firm, we also encourage community involvement.
