Rick is a Co-Founder of the firm and a Partner in the Private Client group. With over 40 years of experience, Rick provides tax planning and consulting services for high net worth individuals and closely-held, entrepreneurial, and family-owned businesses.
Rick’s areas of specialization include advising on tax matters affecting high net worth individuals and businesses in the technology, software development, professional services, and real estate industries. He consults extensively in connection with the tax planning/structuring of mergers and acquisitions. Rick also advises on other transactions affecting entities and their owners, including estate/gift tax planning associated with such transactions.
Rick has written articles and lectured, both locally and nationally, on a variety of tax issues including:

Rick is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Taxation with high distinction from Bentley University.
