Kerri is responsible for a variety of Human Capital operations including resource planning and management, recruiting, employee relations, employee benefits, and performance management. She manages these areas and draws on her broad understanding of the firm’s resources, objectives, and culture which she has developed over nine years at DGC. Kerri ensures that engagements are appropriately staffed, employee benefits are properly designed and administered, and that the resource and performance management systems operate effectively.
Kerri is a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Certified Professional, and active in industry organizations. She is a graduate of Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
