Beth is a Partner in our Business Consulting practice and has over 25 years of litigation consulting, fraud investigations, and financial statement auditing experience. Beth works with a wide variety of companies, ranging from small, privately-owned businesses to large, multi-national publicly-traded entities.
She has testified as an accounting expert at trial, arbitration, and deposition for privately-owned and publicly-traded entities, as well as on behalf of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Beth has also served on arbitration panels involving purchase price and contract disputes.
Beth advises legal counsel, management, and boards of directors on accounting, financial, and internal control matters in the context of internal investigations, securities fraud litigation, business and contract disputes, crisis management, financial reporting, and internal auditing.
Beth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
