David is a Partner and a member of firm’s Executive Board. He has over 30 years of experience providing advisory and audit services to closely-held and family-owned businesses in a variety of industries. David’s diverse skill set enables him to advise business owners and management teams on a range of matters, and to help them build and drive their business forward.
David also serves as partner in charge of the Architecture & Engineering practice and represents firms across the United States. David specializes in auditing and taxation, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence services, financial and tax planning, as well as placement of debt and equity financing.
Additionally, David has clients in a variety of industries including: professional services, consumer products, construction, manufacturing & distribution, and financial services.
He is a frequent speaker and contributes articles to business and trade publications on topics such as tax strategies, succession planning, and M&A strategies.
