David is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Business group, and a member of DGC's Executive Management Team. He has approximately 30 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to closely-held and family-owned businesses in a variety of industries. David’s diverse skill set enables him to advise business owners and management teams on a range of matters, and to help them build and drive their business forward.
Clients rely on David for his ability to understand their challenges—especially when a business is going through changes. They value his hands-on involvement, ensuring opportunities are maximized. David Co-leads DGC’s Architecture & Engineering practice and represents firms across the country. Additionally, he has clients in a variety of industries including: professional services, consumer products, construction, manufacturing & distribution, financial services, and technology.
David specializes in auditing and taxation, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence services, internal controls and systems, financial and tax planning, as well as placement of debt and equity financing.
He is a frequent speaker and contributes articles to business and trade publications on topics such as tax strategies, succession planning and M&A strategies. David is a graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
