David is a Principal in the Commercial Business group and has over nine years of public accounting experience providing closely-held businesses and emerging growth companies with financial statement assurance, accounting, and business advisory services.
David works closely with clients across a wide variety of industries including technology, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and professional services. He has extensive experience in areas such as complex revenue recognition, business acquisitions, stock-based compensation, and traditional audited and reviewed financial statements. David is a team leader in the Emerging Growth & Technology niche.
David is a graduate of Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He is also a graduate of Bentley University with a Master of Science in Accountancy.
