Chad is a Partner in DGC’s Commercial Business group. He has over 20 years of experience advising clients in the professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology industries.
Chad provides financial and tax guidance to owners of closely held businesses, enabling them to have a better understanding of how to achieve their strategic objectives. Chad specializes in financial reporting and taxation, as well as M&A due diligence and tax planning. His expertise extends to ownership transition, internal controls and systems analysis, overhead rate and FAR consulting, as well as evaluating operational strategies and business opportunities. He has also been asked to serve as an expert witness in financial dispute and civil litigation matters.
Chad’s combination of financial and tax expertise is unique, and enables him to be a resource for clients in both areas. His in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses gives owners the confidence that they can turn to Chad about a myriad of issues. In addition to comprehensive compliance, his overall approach helps his clients make informed decisions and be better positioned. Chad also co-leads DGC’s A&E Practice and frequently speaks at industry events, addressing topics from firm profitability to ownership transition.
Chad is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He is completing his Master of Science in Taxation at Bentley University.
