Laura Barooshian, CPA, MST, AEP®, CAP, a Partner in DGC’s Private Client Group, is the recipient of the Boston Estate Planning Council’s (BEPC) 2020 President’s Award. The award is presented at BEPC’s Annual Gala, but this year’s event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers held a “virtual mini-gala” where this year’s award recipients were honored.
The BEPC President’s Award recognizes Laura’s significant contributions to BEPC and the estate and wealth planning industry. Laura is a past BEPC President, officer, and board member. She is a longtime BEPC member and has positively impacted the organization in a variety of ways.
Laura has over 20 years of experience providing income, estate and gift tax planning, consulting services, and tax compliance. Laura’s clients include high net worth individuals, trusts, private foundations, expatriates and closely held businesses.
BEPC is a multi-disciplinary community of over 700 estate and wealth planning professionals. The Council provides educational programs and networking opportunities to help its members build and strengthen relationships, learn about ideas and strategies, and share thought leadership.
