As an unprecedented wave of generational wealth transfer occurs, our longevity, the geographic dispersion of families, and the rise of multiple marriages have created a level of complexity, which is a recipe for disruption and disputes. This presentation will shed light on how the “Silver Tsunami” will impact probate litigation in the decades ahead.
The Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County was founded more than 30 years ago to promote the exchange of ideas among estate planning/wealth management professionals. They have over 125 members from varied disciplines: Attorneys, accountants, bankers and trust officers, insurance professionals, financial planners as well as allied professionals.
This is the most recent “Silver Tsunami” event where a DGC Partner was a featured speaker. Beth da Silva, CPA, CFF spoke at a TMA Northeast event in September. To watch video clips from that event, click here.
