Kimberley A. Train, CPA, ABV, a Partner in DGC’s Business Consulting Group, will be a panelist at an upcoming event entitled, “Corporate Shenanigans – Preventing, Detecting & Investigating Executive Misconduct.” It will be held on December 14th from 7:00am – 10:00am at MCLE (10 Winter Place, Boston, MA, 02108).
Train will discuss key aspects of financial investigations & fraud. Other topics the panel will cover include the importance of handling misconduct issues quickly, fairly and efficiently, investigating harassment, discrimination and workplace threats, and preventative employment strategies from a legal and policy perspective.
