EXPERIENCE
Dawn is a Principal in the firm’s Operations group. She has 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining DGC, Dawn successfully led HR departments for employers in both the professional service and non-profit industries.
EXPERTISE
Dawn has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources including staffing and recruiting, compensation, employee relations, performance management, benefit management and organizational development. In 2006, Dawn became a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
