EXPERIENCE Rick is a co-founder of the firm and a Partner in the Private Clients Group. He began his career with a national accounting firm, where he was a tax principal. With nearly 30 years of experience, Rick provides tax planning and consulting services for high net worth individuals and closely-held, entrepreneurial, and family-owned businesses. EXPERTISE Rick's areas of specialization include advising on tax matters affecting high net worth individuals and businesses in the technology, software development, distribution, services, and real estate industries. He consults extensively in connection with the tax planning/structuring of mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, and debt modifications/workouts.
