EXPERIENCE Rick is a co-founder of DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP. Prior to that, he held the position of Principal in the Tax practices of Tofias Fleishman Shapiro and Co., P.C. and Laventhol & Horwath and has over 25 years of experience providing tax planning and consulting services for high net worth individuals and closely-held, entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses.
EXPERTISE Rick's areas of specialization includes advising on tax matters in the manufacturing, high technology, software development, services, wholesaling and real estate industries. He consults extensively in connection with the tax planning/structuring of mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, and debt modifications/workouts.
