DGC’s Professional Mentoring Program involves meeting with a designated associate on a monthly basis to share his or her experience, insight and friendship. And, provide helpful knowledge and reassurance throughout your DGC career.
Career Pathing
When you join DGC, you will be assigned a career coach to help with the annual review of your professional development and goal setting. Your coach will provide support and feedback to guide your career direction within the firm. And support you as you take on the additional responsibilities of professional growth within the firm.
