The firm welcomes Minson as a Partner in the firms Corporate Tax practice and Colella as a Principal in the High Net Worth practice.
Stephen Minson has over 20 years of experience working closely with business owners and their companies and in finding tax efficient solutions to the issues facing their companies. He specializes in companies in the wholesale/ distribution, retail, professional services, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining DGC, Mr. Minson was a tax partner in a regional firm.
Stephen Colella has over 16 years of experience providing sophisticated tax consulting, compliance, and estate and income tax planning service to high net worth clients with a focus in AMT minimization, philanthropic planning and investment strategies. Prior to joining DGC, he held the position of Tax Manager at a regional accounting firm and has also worked in the tax departments of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
