Woburn, MA March 25, 2009—DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP (DGC), a CPA and business advisory firm specializing in the accounting and financial matters of private companies, announced that Sarah Maxfield has joined the firm as the Business Development Manager.
In this newly created role, Maxfield will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients that will lead to new business, as well as creating strategies to penetrate niches. She will be working closely with the Partners and leadership team to help the firm attain its 2009 sales goals.
"DGC remains steadfast in pursuing its strategic growth objective," said Lenny DiCicco, Managing Partner. "To that end, we are thrilled to have Sarah join our team. Now we have the resources in place to expand our new business pipeline and give it the full time attention it deserves."
Prior to joining DGC, Maxfield spent eight years at Virgin Money, where she served as the director of client relations. In that role, she was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company’s expanding business development department, while aggressively pursuing the company’s strategic goals.
