Donna M. Marr, CPA, joins the firm's Commercial practice
Woburn, MA July 9, 2009 - DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP (DGC), a CPA and business advisory firm specializing in the accounting and financial matters of private companies, today announced that Donna M. Marr, CPA, has joined the firm as a partner in the audit department. With 19 years of experience, Donna will play an important role in the firm's growing commercial practice.

Prior to joining DGC, Marr was a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP where she serviced public businesses and fast-growing private clients in the technology, telecommunications, software and life science industries. She has significant experience with public companies and SEC filing requirements and has worked closely with past clients on financing and merger and acquisition plans, including initial and secondary public offerings.
Marr is a member of the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and is a CPA in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New Jersey and graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Accounting.
