DGC Ranks 10th in New England Region
Woburn, MA, March 22, 2010 - DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP (DGC), a CPA and business advisory firm specializing in the accounting and financial matters of private companies, is pleased to announce that it has been listed in Accounting Today's annual list of the Top 100 Accounting Firms. Accounting Today has been conducting this exhaustive project for the past 23 years and this year, DGC was listed as a "Top Firm in New England."
According to Accounting Today, the past 18 months have tested many firms like never before. Even firms in the Top 100 experienced a 2.85 percent drop in aggregate revenues – the first ever decline since the publication began compiling a Top Firms study. Local and regional firms as a group, however, showed modest growth for the most part. They built their businesses through a variety of strategies, including new practice groups and placing renewed focus/investment on marketing and selling initiatives.
