Firm Recognizes Tax Expert’s Leadership, Experience and Skill, Supporting the Firm’s Commercial Tax Group Growth
Woburn, MA January 13, 2009—DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP (DGC), a CPA and business consulting firm specializing in the accounting and financial matters of private companies, today announced it has promoted CPA Joel Rothenberg to Partner.
Rothenberg joined DGC’s tax department in 2001 as a Principal with experience working with corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals. He specializes in a variety of industries, including architecture and engineering, manufacturing, software and real estate.

Rothenberg works closely with each of his clients, analyzing their tax position throughout the year, identifying opportunities and minimizing taxes paid - a best practice followed at DGC. Rothenberg also works as a mentor and teacher, providing technical training to the DGC staff in the commercial taxation area, supporting the firm’s dedication to professional development.

Rothenberg received a bachelor’s degree from Montclair St. University, a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University and a LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in Windham, NH with his wife, Lisa and children, Stephen and Rebecca and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.
