EXPERIENCE
Before founding the firm, Lenny held the position of Principal in the Audit and Litigation practices of Tofias Fleishman Shapiro and Co., P.C. and Laventhol & Horwath. Lenny is the firm's managing partner.

EXPERTISE
Areas of expertise include commercial and residential real estate, retail, manufacturing, high technology, hospitality, distribution, and construction. Lenny is also experienced in planning and executing merger and acquisition transactions, financial planning and control, data processing and income taxes. He has participated in many litigation consulting engagements involving interpretation of accounting principles, application of auditing techniques, bankruptcy, valuation of closely-held companies, contract disputes, economic damages, minority shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, business interruption and other matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  He has provided expert witness testimony in both state and federal courts and at depositions in several states.
