 EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm as a Partner, Don held the positions of director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, principal at Arthur Andersen LLP and partner at Laventhol & Horwath.
EXPERTISE
Don has extensive accounting, auditing, consulting and income tax experience with a range of clients, including real estate developers, syndicators, investors and service providers, construction companies, manufacturers, franchisors and wholesale distributors. For the past several years, he has specialized in advising clients in the structuring of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate partnerships and limited liability companies.
Don has also been a speaker at real estate and construction related programs presented by numerous organizations covering various topics. He has been involved on a local and regional basis in training and quality review programs and has provided litigation support services in real estate and construction related disputes and litigation. Don also serves as the Audit Practice Group Leader in the firm.
