EXPERIENCE
Steve Minson is a partner with the Firm’s Corporate Tax Practice with over 25 years of experience working closely with business owners and their companies to find tax efficient solutions to the issues facing their companies. Prior to joining the Firm, he spent 20 years at the CPA and business consulting firm Tofias PC, where he was a tax partner.

Focusing on clients in the wholesale/ distribution, retail, professional services, and manufacturing industries, Steve provides his clients with tax consulting, planning and compliance services, including multi-state consulting for individuals, C corporations, S corporations, and Partnerships.
