 EXPERIENCE
Donna is a Partner in the Commercial Business Group with approximately 20 years of experience serving a variety of high technology public businesses and fast-growing private clients. Prior to joining DGC, Donna was an audit partner at a large, international firm.
EXPERTISE
Donna is responsible for addressing the unique accounting and business issues faced by mature and emerging growth companies, including revenue recognition, inventory costing and management, business combinations, equity compensation arrangements, internal controls and systems analysis and financing structures.
Donna has significant experience with public companies and SEC filing requirements. She also has experience working with companies on financing and merger and acquisition plans, including initial and secondary public offerings, and routinely draws on industry best practices to assist companies in mitigating risks and exposures in the financial and operational areas. Donna has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including high technology, manufacturing, biotechnology, medical device, semiconductor, software and telecommunications.
